From the Financial Division of W Executive we are looking for a Sales Manager Services B2C for Spain and France for one of our clients, a multinational services company based in Madrid.Key Deliverables: You will motivate your sales team to achieve ambitious sales goals and drive growth in Spain and France.You will make data-driven decisions and establish a data-driven decision-making culture within your sales team.Based on insights from other markets, you will standardize the sales process for your markets to enable sustainable scaling of the sales team.You will work closely with the operations team and account management to optimize the customer journey even after a solar system sale.You will liaise with 3rd party parties or suppliers to ensure business continuity.Required (M/F/D):At least 5 years of experience in sales and business unit management.Ideally, experience in a fast-growing startup environment.Proven success in building and developing sales teams.Strong leadership skills and a commitment to "Leading by Example."Courage to challenge the status quo and find unconventional solutions.An analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving.Continuous improvement and optimization of processes through process-oriented thinking.Fluent speaking and writing level of French and Spain and strong knowledge of English.Experience in selling complex products (financial products, outsourcing companies, telcos, etc.).For this position we require a person who has a very good knowledge of the Spanish and French market, who has managed large telephone sales teams and is able to manage a balanced scorecard with its corresponding KPIS with a strong focus on results.
