Its business scope covers the R&D, production and sales of passenger cars.ResponsabilitiesSales Data Analysis & ReportingCollect, organize, and analyze sales data, including orders, inventory, market trends, and customer behavior, to provide data support for the sales team.Establish and maintain a sales dashboard to monitor key sales KPIs in real time and support decision-making.Forecast sales trends using market data and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize sales strategies.Sales Process Support & Optimization Be familiar with the entire automotive sales process (vehicle ordering, inventory management, delivery, after-sales, etc.) to ensure efficient sales support operations. Participate in sales process optimization, driving digital transformation and improving operational efficiency. Coordinate with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain departments to ensure smooth execution of the sales process.Business Analysis & Strategy Support Monitor sales target achievement and analyze performance across regions and channels to identify potential growth opportunities. Support the sales team in developing sales strategies, providing market benchmarking analysis, and optimizing sales models. Participate in sales meetings, provide data insights, and assist management in decision-making.4. Systems & Tools ManagementMaintain and optimize sales management systems, including CRM and DMS (Dealer Management System), to improve data accuracy and system efficiency. Use Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to create sales visualization reports, enhancing data interpretation and usability.5. Daily Sales Operations SupportAssist the sales team with contracts, quotations, inventory inquiries, and other daily tasks to improve operational efficiency. Prepare sales support materials such as market analysis, product manuals, and training documents. Assist in organizing sales training sessions to enhance the team’s data analysis skills and tool proficiency.Qualifications1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.2. Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in sales support, data analysis, or business operations within the automotive industry. Experience in automotive sales processes, with a background in dealerships, OEMs, or automotive finance companies preferred.3. Skills & Competencies:Strong data analysis skills; proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Macros), SQL, Power BI, or Tableau. Familiarity with sales management systems such as CRM and DMS. Logical and analytical mindset, capable of transforming complex data into actionable business insights. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.4.
