YOUR MISSION We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Salesforce team.
In this role, you will lead Go-to-Market initiatives for functionalities developed by the Salesforce Technical team, bridging the gap between business and technology, and ensure the successful delivery of impactful projects.
THE JOURNEY Drive Go-to-Market initiatives for new and existing functionalities, ensuring seamless adoption by users and stakeholders.
Understand technical functionalities, translate them into business terms, and clearly communicate their value to non-technical stakeholders.
Gather requirements from cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical capabilities.
Collaborate closely with the Salesforce Technical team to prioritize, plan, and execute projects effectively.
Analyze data and estimate the impact of initiatives, providing insights to support decision-making and project prioritization.
Manage stakeholder expectations by maintaining clear communication, setting realistic timelines, and delivering on commitments with teams across  22 countries.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
5 years of experience managing and executing projects, ideally within Salesforce or similar CRM environments.
Strong affinity for technical aspects such as relational databases, SQL, and data analysis.
Proven ability to gather and document business requirements and align them with technical solutions.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working across diverse teams and functions.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate project outcomes and track success through adoption KPIs.
Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
NICE TO HAVE.
Prior experience with Salesforce platforms or tools.
Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau or Looker.
Experience in change management or driving user adoption of new systems and functionalities.
