At DXC Spain we are looking for a SAP Project Manager S/4 HANA to join our great team of SAP.
Requirements.
Experience in SAP S/4 HANA conversion projects.
More than 10 years of experience as a Project Manager, with specific focus on SAP implementation projects.
Solid knowledge of SAP modules and functionalities.
Leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with different hierarchical levels.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Knowledge of risk management and project management methodologies.
Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
High level of Spanish and good level of English spoken.
Tasks.
Project Planning.
Define project objectives, create a detailed plan that includes key milestones, necessary resources, budget, and schedule.
Identify and manage potential risks.
Team management.
Form and lead a team of professionals specialized in SAP and other relevant areas.
Assign responsibilities, provide guidance, and ensure effective collaboration.
Coordination with stakeholders.
Communicate effectively with different stakeholders, including end users, departmental managers and directors, to ensure proper alignment and obtain their support throughout the project.
Monitoring and control.
Monitor the progress of the project in relation to the established objectives.
Identify deviations and take corrective actions to ensure successful delivery of the project.
SAP Implementation.
Coordinate the configuration, customization and launch of SAP modules, ensuring that they adequately adapt to the needs and processes of the organization.
Ensure quality.
Ensure that implemented SAP solutions meet quality standards and industry best practices.
Training and support.
Coordinate staff training to ensure correct use of the implemented SAP systems.
Provide post-implementation support to resolve issues and improve adoption.
