We’re looking for brilliant minds with world-conquering ambition, tons of attitude, and natural leadership spirit. The best part about joining a growing agency? The sky's the limit!You’ll be leading a team of 2 (2 Account Executives). Your main mission? Ensure that the content leaving our doors daily is top-notch, keep the team happy, make the client love life, and maintain internal organization like a pro. Oh… and planning! We’re all about anticipating client needs, and we need you to take that mindset even further.REQUIREMENTSEnglish: fully proficient with a proven track of having managed clients in English before. Foreign experience is a plus.Spanish: native or fully proficient.  Proven experience in an agency or marketing department (at least 5 years). You’ll be approving content, proposals, and budgets before presenting them to the client, so we need someone who’s done this a lot before.Strategic mind: You live and breathe strategy. Everything we do has a strategic purpose, and you’ll be both leading and contributing to your clients’ strategies.Always-on content killer: We manage top brands that need high-quality content for their channels 24/7. We need someone who can lead the team to deliver the best service. You’ve got to understand the timing, the processes, and love your job.Data-driven: Everything we do is backed by numbers. You won’t be the one pulling them, but you will be the one approving. You need to live and breathe metrics, understand them, and challenge them.Content expert: This is why clients come to us, so you’ll need to give off those expert vibes.Attitude, attitude, attitude: We’re looking for leaders with incredible energy and a proactive spirit.Seriously though, this last point is a big deal. We’re after assertive, patient, eager-to-learn-and-teach people. You could be the best at everything, but if you bring negative vibes, we won’t be able to consider you for the team. Our work thrives on the positive energy in our group, and we guard that fiercely.Numbers: Budgets, budgets, budgets. If things are going well, expect a lot of requests. Do you understand margins, pricing, and the team’s involvement?Organization: If Marie Kondo taught a master’s course, you’d have graduated with honors.Impeccable client and job references.Internet-savvy: You know what’s trending, what’s old news, and what’s a boomer move.Teamwork: It’s a cliché, but crucial. We want someone who knows how to delegate and create a positive, efficient work environment with both juniors and seniors.
