Hello, future candidate! 👋We’re looking for a passionate Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic Benelux Business Team at Weekendesk in Barcelona.Your Role at Weekendesk 🚀As a Senior Account Manager, you'll be the primary contact for a portfolio of 200-250 hotels, focusing on driving sales and managing allocations. Here's what you'll be doing:Sales Management: Negotiate new offers and contracts as a Sales Manager.Collaboration: Partner with the business department and marketing teams to craft campaigns for maximum visibility.Competitor Monitoring: Keep an eye on competitors, analyze KPIs, and ensure we maintain a competitive edge.Team Engagement: Participate in team meetings and regular one-on-one sessions with your manager.Strategic Initiatives: Develop action plans to boost sales, and introduce new strategies to promote underperforming hotels and regions.Customer-Centric Focus: Always aim to secure the best deals for our customers.About You 😎We’re looking for someone who:Mandatory* speaks Dutch and English fluently (French is a plus!)Loves negotiating and thrives on making deals.Is dedicated to excellent account management and willing to go the extra mile for our hotel partners.Is target-driven with a strong analytical mindset.Excels in a fast-paced environment and is great at multitasking.Has experience in tourism (a plus, but not required—candidates from all sectors are welcome!)Perks & Benefits ✨ At Weekendesk, we offer more than just a job.
