About the roleWe are currently seeking an experienced AI/Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing team. As a Founding Engineer on the team, you will be responsible for building a robust, scalable and cost-efficient AI infrastructure for extracting valuable insights from heterogenous sources of unstructured and structured data. You will experiment with different types of models and model architectures to come up with novel solutions to enhance our platform’s capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesLeverage advanced NLP techniques to extract highly relevant information from unstructured data like conversational data and customer feedbackFine-tune LLMs and build agentic workflows with RAG to automate complex tasksBuild Conversational AI agents that can provide relevant answers to user queries but also execute tasksCreate LLM evaluation frameworks to increase accuracy and reduce hallucinationBuild and maintain a robust and scalable machine learning infrastructure with fast inferenceEnsure the insights provided by our platform are of high quality, accurate, and trustworthyStay up-to-date with AI ResearchQualificationsStrong background in NLP and experience working with LLMsProficiency in fine-tuning models for domain-specific tasksExperience building data pipelines and high-quality data productsFamiliarity with MLOps best practicesExperience in managing machine learning infrastructure at scale in a production environmentAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality insightsAdditional RequirementsAbility to work across the stack and pick up new tools/technologiesStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills3.
