We’re thrilled to welcome new Aevi’ators who vibe with our values and mission and are ready to join us on our journey of transformation and growth.As a Senior AWS Cloud Architect, you will play a hands-on role in designing, implementing, and optimizing AWS infrastructure while guiding the team in cloud best practices. This role involves close collaboration with the Director of Technology and other teams to ensure strategic alignment with the company's goals.Key responsibilities:Architect and implement scalable AWS solutions, actively writing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Helm charts, and automations.Conduct peer reviews, provide technical guidance to the team, and ensure high-quality cloud architecture and deployment strategies.Hands-on experience in integrating application, configuration, and database evolution deployments, and expertise in staging processes and deployment strategies.Act as a consultant to the Director of Technology and collaborate across teams to align cloud strategies with evolving technical needs and business goals.Support cost optimization initiatives and improve resource efficiency across environments.We would love to see:7+ years of cloud engineering experience, with at least 5+ years in AWS.Expertise in Terraform, Kubernetes, Gitflow, and deployment strategies.Proficiency in hands-on coding, peer reviews, and technical leadership to drive team excellence.Ability to make strategic decisions and collaborate across teams, ensuring cloud innovations are adopted effectively.This role focuses on technical leadership, rather than people management or formal team lead responsibilities.Life at AeviBeing part of Aevi?
