Visit avoltaworld.comAbout the Role:The purpose of this role is to manage and coordinate EMEA projects from design to completion ensuring a complete handover to operations. Manage the maintenance handover of all projects to the local maintenance teams. Ensure all project aspects are delivered on time and within budget and manage all project data in OPC to ensure correct information.Key responsibilities:Fully accountable for the delivery of the complete retail project, in they are assigned (align quality, construction, cost control, brands) in line with business expectations.Responsible for ensuring all cost control process are briefed & followed by local PM/outsourced PM.Manage information to present for Capex approval.Ensure tender process is followed (3 quotes).Manage and align CapEx projections for BP with GSD director, OPC head and Operations.Manage change control.Manage brand cost with brand coordinators.Accountable for the financial control of all estimates, invoices and approval and the close out of all projects.Accountable for reviewing contract documentation to bring on board engineering consultants, contractors and local architects.Accountable to ensure progress reports are prepared, including construction schedules, construction forecasts, weekly reports from site PMs.Support the design process to ensure inline with local requirements and to advise on local regulations.Support the department director & heads on all company initiatives ensuring the success of the department in delivering company objectives and goals.Working closely with the GSD heads to ensure overall departments works as a single function.Key stakeholders:Global Shop Development Team.Commercial.Operational & BD clusters & Country GM.Internal Audit.Legal.Country Finance departments.What we are looking for:Required: Of graduate caliber.Commercially literate and highly numerate.Analytical experience desirable.Project management skills.Strong understanding of the impact of space planning across other central functions.At least 5 yrs experience in the retail industry.Proven track record with other retail businesses.Management experience.(AutoCAD).English mandatory, Spanish or any other languages would be considered as an asset.Key skills:Delivering results.Leading change.Communicating with impact.Fostering teamwork.Leading from within.Agile thinking.Join Avolta:Avolta aims to make it priority to hire people of all backgrounds, genders, race, age, income, education, ethnically background, religion, political orientation, disability, sexual orientation or personality – we also make it our priority that our associates feel that they belong to our organization.
