Role The Senior Executive/Assistant Manager Recruitment will support the recruitment process across various business units by handling entry- to mid-level hiring.
This role focuses on sourcing candidates, managing initial candidate interactions, and coordinating the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders while delivering the best Partner and Candidate experience Key accountabilities and decision ownership  [max 5].
•    Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
•    Candidate Sourcing.
Identify potential candidates using job boards, social media, and employee referral programs to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
•    Interview Coordination.
Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and provide timely updates to hiring managers.
•    Candidate Communication.
Ensure regular communication with candidates to keep them informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
•    ATS Management.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure all recruitment processes are properly documented.
•    Data Reporting.
Generate basic recruitment reports, including candidate pipelines, time-to-hire, and other relevant metrics.
•    Recruitment Administration.
Support recruitment marketing initiatives and help organize recruitment virtual events (e.
., career fairs, walk-in interviews).

•    Resourcing & Candidate International Sourcing experience through various channels – LinkedIn, Google, Social Platforms, etc.
•    Strong stakeholder management and Partner communication skills •    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
