What You’ll Do: As a trusted partner to the Regional Operations Director, you’ll work across the business to: Lead HR for Your Area: Drive performance, ensure compliance, and align HR goals with business strategy. Build Leadership Capability: Coach and support senior leaders to navigate people challenges and lead effectively. Drive the Talent Agenda: Oversee recruitment, development, and career planning to grow and retain top talent. Champion Change: Lead country cultural initiatives What You’ll Bring You thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and can navigate the complexities of a growing business. You’ll need: Multi-site HR experience in retail, leisure, or a similar sector. Strong knowledge of country-specific HR and employment legislation.
