We’re Looking for:
Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager & Scrum Master to join their Project Management Office, based in Marbella, Spain. This role will focus on delivering web-based financial products that align with their business vision. The ideal candidate is an experienced Scrum Master with a passion for agile methodologies, capable of driving successful project delivery while supporting and coaching teams. This position requires a highly organized professional who can collaborate effectively across the business and technology sectors.
Responsibilities
The Senior Project Manager & Scrum Master will oversee multiple small-to-medium scale projects through their entire lifecycle, from initiation to deployment. Key responsibilities include facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. The role involves working closely with product owners and development teams to define the minimal viable product, refine the product backlog, and ensure on-time, on-budget project completion. Additionally, the role will involve risk management, mentoring team members, and fostering a collaborative environment to promote innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Requirements

7+ years of experience in an Agile/Scrum environment with a thorough understanding of software development processes.
Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent experience in Agile methodologies.
Expertise in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and resource management software.
Experience managing project budgets and financial reporting.
Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and compliance requirements like GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.
Ability to handle ambiguity and shifting priorities while maintaining focus on key objectives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Experience working in multi-cultural teams, comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
European Union legal working status is required.
