SENIOR JAVA TECHNICAL ARCHITECT

What project we have for youWe are looking for a motivated, pro-active Architect willing to learn new technologies, working in a challenging and fast paced environment. You will be working in small cross-functional Agile teams responsible for the end-to-end development and component support using ‘You Build It, You Run It’ principle.What you will doActively research, compose, demo and discuss technical solutions with Solution Architects, Technical Architects and Product Owners and delivery teams.Produce documentation and technical decisions to fit business demand and technical constraints.Verify stability, interoperability, portability, security, and scalability of Java system architecture.Decompose complex solutions into chunks delivery teams could develop. Planning complex releases involving multiple components for distributed system landscape. Be a go-to person for any technical challenges teams are facing. Propose improvements to the development process and tech stack. Code review of functional changes and API Schema changes. Research legacy systems for data and functionality available to integrate. Support and coordinate systems integration testing.Provide technical guidance and support the development of the systems.Identify system information, business data, hardware and software components required to meet business demand.Ensure compliance with established architecture, design patterns, policies, standards, and best practices.What you need for thisAt least 10 years of experience in the industry of software development and 2 years in a similar position; At least 5 years of experience as a software developer on web projects; Proficient experience with BE Java technologies; Proficient experience in designing/building RESTFull / GraphQL API; Proficient experience in storage engines and relational databases; Experience with Kubernetes and modern CI/CD pipelines; Experience with Domain Driven Design, Cloud solutions. Will Be a Plus: Previous development of back-end architecture; Previous Tech Lead experience; Apache Kafka & Kafka Streams; Experience designing solutions over AWS cloud; Experience with serverless.
