Our mobile-only platform allows researchers and marketers to gather consumer insights and market intelligence in just a few hours and results are delivered in real time.Ready to be part of the challenge? 🚀This is an exciting role for a Senior Consumer Insights / Research Manager who is passionate about building strong fruitful relationships with international clients. Reporting into Customer Success, you will be in charge of Market Research projects, managing the end-to-end project cycle (from the initial proposal requests, research design, preparation and review of questionnaires, all the way to the delivery of the final results), while developing strong relationships with your assigned accounts.What You Will Be Doing:Manage end-to-end Market research projects for your assigned accounts:define the project design based on clients’ briefing.prepare budgets and win proposals.understand our clients’ objectives and translate them into short -but to the point- questionnaires.Analyze questionnaire results.Create reports using storytelling and providing actionable insights.Be an expert on multivariate analysis techniques and have the ability to run analysis such as driver analysis, segmentation, or mappings.Develop strong client relationships, promoting retention and loyalty.Develop a deep understanding of your clients’ business, and act as the to-go expert, while supporting them in developing their Consumer insights strategy and promoting projects launching.Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager assigned to your accounts.Your Profile:At least 3 years of experience as a Quantitative Research Manager in a large or medium-sized consultancy or Market Research company.Wide experience in ad-hoc projects: U&A, segmentation, claims/ideas/concept test, add test, brand health, etc.Excellent handling of Excel, PowerPoint.
