SENIOR MANAGER CORPORATE FINANCE

Opdenergy is a growing independent renewable energy producer (IPP) with presence in Europe, United States and Latin America with more than 19 years’ experience. The company develops, builds, finances, manages and operates high quality renewable energy projects in several countries, with a portfolio of 2,6 GW (1,3 operational and + 1,3 ready to build / under construction) assets in operations and construction, whole portfolio under development sums up to over 18 GW.Opdenergy is now looking for an Senior Manger Corporate Finance to give support to our projects globally.What will you help withDevelop and maintain financial models to forecast business performance and evaluating various potential scenarios.Assist in the preparation on periodic forecasts, working closely with department heads to gather necessary data.Conduct thorough variance analysis and comparing actual results to budget and forecast identifying trends.Calculate the profitability of existing projects to provide insights for decision-making.Prepare and present periodic financial reports to the management, providing insights and recommendations based on the analysis.Support long-term strategic planning initiatives by analyzing financial data and market trends to provide recommendations for business growth and operational efficiency.Track the financial performance of the business, highlighting areas of risk and opportunity.Conduct ad hoc financial analysis as required by management to support business decisions, including new project evaluations and cost-benefit analyses.Work closely with other departments, including operations and development, to gather relevant financial data and align business objectives.Who you areDegree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or similar.10 years' experience in similar positions.Experience in companies in the renewable energy sector.Experience in a professional services company.Good command of the Office package.
