Roles and Responsibilities Project Prioritization & Governance; Define and implement methodologies and a governance framework including risk management, change control, and quality assurance processes to ensure that projects are initiated, executed, and monitored in accordance with the set guidelines.
Resource Planning & Scheduling; The PMO forecast the resource demand for the pipeline projects in the opportunity or approval stage and assess available resources and their attributes.
Accordingly, they identify resource gaps and develop comprehensive resource plans Replace silos of spreadsheets with a centralized system.
Enable the D&A head to collect data directly from the originating sources and makes them visible to different stakeholders as per their specific rolesteams, and relevant 3rd parties.
Works closely with the Group International Mobility and makes recommendations on the future recharging mechanism.
Actively contributes to the continuous improvement of International Mobility systems, processes and procedures.
All cases are logged, investigated and resolved in a timely manner Monthly KPI / ad hoc reporting and financial tracking produced SLAs Queries resolved within SLAs Quality of customer service Results of process/ policy improvement recommendations Technical Skills • Provides governance, support, and oversight for multiple projects.
• Involved in high-level stakeholder engagement activities across projects.
• Establishes knowledge management repositories and facilitates knowledge sharing across projects.
• Establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure project and portfolio performance.
• Managing the program's budget;; Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements; • Producing financial reports and budget outlines; Creating reports for senior managers and stakeholders; Reviewing and updating existing procedures.
• Manage project waterline process; Forecasting financial requirements of projects and monitoring for variances • accounting and forecasting experience • computer skills (Power Platform and MS Office) • fluent English • CRM skills • consultancy skills • strong numeracy and analytical skills • negotiation skills • project management skills • cross cultural sensitivity • service orientation • 12+ years of experience preferably in Project Management office Space • Must have led Data Analytics projects in past • Good understanding of project management principles.
