SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER / BRAND MANAGER (NATIVE GERMAN SPEAKING).

International company that, over the decades and to this day, has always been at the forefront of developments in the Major Domestic Appliances sector, is looking for a Senior Corporate Marketing Manager, native in German and fluent in English, based in Madrid's offices.Job Functions::Definition and development of brand positioning globallyDefinition and execution of the annual marketing plan for the brand at a global levelSupervision and approval of the annual local marketing plansDefinition of the annual corporate marketing budgetDevelopment and execution of new product launch plans in coordination with sales and product.Monitor the competition in products and marketing activitiesSupervision and approval of advertising creativesSupervision and approval of brand storytelling for the product portfolioDefinition of brand and product claimsDefinition of the strategy and execution of the cobranding & sponsorships planDefinition and execution of digital strategy for the brand.Definition and development of global tools and resources to help the subsidiaries with their marketing deployment.Requirements:Good understanding of the Major Domestic Appliances market (product / customer / channel…)Market structure understanding in the dimension product / communication / regions etc. and ability to transform into mid- and long-term plans, taking into account the available competencies inside Teka Group.Where needed, kick off the development or acquisition of new competencies in a long term visionStrong communication skills, create transparency and understanding / Buy in of roadmap process and prioritizationStrong focus and resilience, also able to say “no”, but always on solid grounds and with a sound reasonStrong intellectual ability to prioritize relevant market needs and bring into accordance with company possibilities, strategy and goals. Be able to translate into technical solutions, or at least, exact description of what is needed.Decision making based on facts and market research, discussions with stakeholders and clients.High energy wants to conquer the market and will not stop easily. Engaging the organization.Digital mindset.7 years’ experience in similar positions inside MDA market.German mother tongueFluent in English. Spanish will be valuedTravel internationally is a must
