By growing and supporting our supply base, you’ll be directly contributing to our ability to connect people to convenient transportation solutions.

As the Driver Growth Lead, you will play a key role in expanding and nurturing our driver-partner community, ensuring we have the supply to meet the growing demand across Spain.
This position will see you working closely with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Marketing, Product, and Policy, as well as engaging with external partners to drive successful outcomes.

**What you'll do** - Develop and implement strategies to acquire and engage driver-partners, ensuring we maintain a strong and healthy supply base in Spain.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify new growth opportunities and improve the driver experience.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement in acquisition and retention efforts.
- Help shape the future of mobility in one of the company’s most critical markets.
**Basic Qualifications** - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a technology-driven, fast-paced environment or a similar industry.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to independently perform data analysis and make informed decisions based on data insights.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL, with the capability to leverage these tools for data analysis and operational efficiency.
- A highly motivated, self-driven professional with a passion for learning and continuous development.
**Preferred Qualifications** - Experience in account management or sales, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
- Proven skills in negotiation and stakeholder management to drive successful outcomes.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
