Our Vista Design Editor stands as a user-friendly yet powerful customization tool, offering seamless personalization for a diverse range of products within the Vista portfolio.
What You Will Do.
Lead enablement or platform team from a Technical Product Management perspective.
Leverage existing working patterns between product teams to build strong bridges and collaboration points.
Continuous Improvements.
Monitor various channels for feedback on product performance, striving for continuous improvement in the customer experience.
Embrace a learning-oriented attitude, consistently evolving your approach as a key aspect of your professional development as a Product/Senior Product Manager.
Manage Product Lifecycle.
Establish and align on product requirements with Engineering team members.
Oversee the progress of product releases, support plans, and product analytics to ensure a seamless delivery of business value.
Autonomy and Vision.
Operate autonomously with a high degree of ownership.
Cultivate robust relationships with cross-functional leaders, both technical and non-technical, to establish a shared vision for success.
Shape and implement product roadmaps, ensuring progress against set objectives.
Contribute to both short-term goals and the definition of a long-term vision for the Vista Editor Platform.

Good knowledge in Computer Science and software development concepts.
An ability to understand what are technical and non-technical features owned by the team and how they are connected to each other.
Understanding how to deliver a reusable core capability for other Product Teams (or engineers) to consume and leverage in their development lifecycle.
Ability to disaggregate the requirements in a way that the technical platform team can consume and develop enablers for other teams in the organization.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability in the scope of the product team and continuous analysis of how existing core capabilities can be improved to provide better results and improved performance.
Strong product roadmapping skills.
Think through product vision as a platform and also be concerned at some level about the ways implementation, as it impacts the overall value of the results.
Nice to Have.
5+ years of product management experience in a SaaS or e-commerce company.
Experience in developing libraries as Product is a big plus.
Experience working with Platform, Enablement or Complicated Subsystem team is a plus.
Solid understanding of Project Development lifecycles - SCRUM, Agile and Lean Agile.
