We are looking for a passionate and creative Senior Product Manager interested in pushing our understanding and value of AI powered Level Automation and personalization in the game.
With over levels (and counting!), you will have a very exciting opportunity at your hands! You would join the Kingdom at a very exciting time and will get the opportunity to be part of an excellent team, where we innovate on industry leading and genre defining games with over 200 million active players! Your role within the Kingdom As a Senior Product Manager focusing on AI Level Automation, you will be part of the Candy Crush Core Gameplay team.
You will be working in a cross-functional team in a lively, dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you'll own the Level Automation strategy.
You will enable execution and drive business impact by creating meaningful and relevant experiences to delight our players and grow our business.
Key responsibilities include.
Drive the product strategy and roadmap for AI powered Level Automation, working closely with Data Scientists, Engineers, Level Designers, and other cross-functional colleagues Drive the implementation and execution of the product strategy, ensuring effective collaborative working models across teams, ensuring a high level of delivery and value along the way Articulate success metrics and business impact of AI/ML initiatives, as well as setting goals for teams Build a great team environment, coordinating and aligning your cross- functional team(s) towards our goals Drive effective x-org collaboration and ensure our requirements as internal customers are prioritized and met Define and evaluate key results and performance metrics that inform the success of our products and features.
Use analytics and quantitative analysis to monitor game performance, recommend optimizations, and provide input for interventions to increase user retention, engagement, and monetization.
Provide stakeholders with regular or ad-hoc updates on the progress and performance of the personalization efforts Skills to create thrills Extensive experience in a product leadership or product management role at a tech/games company Proven hands-on experience working with AI/ML applications where you have realized business impact Experience in enabling and scaling a business from an AI/ML perspective Experience with very short implementation cycles such as digital products, services, or games An analytical mindset, with an excellent understanding of data and statistics and the ability to interpret data with confidence and make recommendations Experience working with creative crafts, such as design and art, as well engineers - aligning everyone towards the same goal An excellent communicator with experience managing a variety of different stakeholders Curiosity and willingness to learn new skills About King At King, we're Making the World Playful.
