The Role.
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to join our product and engineering organization.
As the product owner embedded within a cross-functional team, you’ll lead by defining product strategy, ensuring alignment, and driving the execution of clear, prioritized roadmaps.
Your influence will be critical in shaping the future of our process mining products, keeping the customer at the heart of every decision.
What You’ll Do.
Customer-Centric Product Development.
Deeply understand our customers' needs and challenges.
Use these insights to create precise Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that guide the team’s work.
Cross-Functional Collaboration.
Work closely with engineering, research and design teams to bring product visions to life.
Define user journeys, success metrics, and provide clear product guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
Customer Engagement & Feedback.
Collaborate with customers and go-to-market teams to gather feedback, iterate, and ensure the product delivers the highest impact.
Product Evangelism.
Act as a thought leader for process mining both inside and outside the organization.
Represent the product vision at internal meetings, customer discussions, and industry events.
Qualifications.
Technical Expertise.
Strong understanding of process mining, data processing technologies, and enterprise software.
You’re comfortable with the technical details that drive success.
Educational Background.
You have an analytical or technical background with a deep passion for data and deriving insights.
Experience.
5-10 years of product management experience, ideally within enterprise SaaS or data-heavy environments.
Mindset & Skills.
Proactive, strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Language.
Fluency in English is required.
German proficiency is an advantage.
