The Position We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who specializes in software/systems integration projects within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. Therefore, candidates MUST HAVE a technical background, preferably in Engineering (Industrial, Electronics, IT, Physics, Life Sciences) with demonstrated experience in Life Sciences and Industrial Processes.This role will be critical to the continued growth of this start-up, as they onboard increasingly larger client accounts, and address more complex implementations. The Senior Project Manager will mentor and lead junior project managers to successfully deliver project requirements. Responsibilities Leading project meetings, coordinating resources and project planning between internal and external stakeholders, tracking project progress/status, and managing overall project risk Developing project scopes and objectives, manage the relationship with the clients, ensure that projects are delivered on time, managing expectations with customers and ensuring their goals and objectives are met Analyze and interpret the needs of the customers, building-specific solutions that fit those requirements, using the tools and algorithms provided by the productPerform risk management to minimize project risks, report and escalate to management as neededCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors Manage Scrum boards and Jira Roadmaps for project progressPerform Sprint meetings (Planning, Standup, Review, Retrospective)Detecting future business opportunities for salesBeing proactive and proposing platform improvements, work collaboratively with data scientists, quality engineers, usability experts, and clients to improve the platform and expand the range of standard solutionsKnowledge & Experience Experience in managing and deploying eBR projects and other enterprise software implementations for the Life Sciences industryExperience in software development companies focused on the pharma marketAt least 5 years of experience leading projects within an Agile/Scrum methodology to quickly iterate and deliver value to customers.
