Do you enjoy performing internal investigations, and audits from a quality control perspective? Are you good at following quality procedures and requirements? If this sounds like you then we have the opportunity for you! What you will be doing.
Senior support individual contributor that performs routine tasks with limited supervision and more sophisticated tasks with support.
Guides other support team members on performing tasks that are typically not routine.
Conducts processes and activities that support the Quality requirements for the Operations unit products.
Demonstrates effective communication skills with both internal and external customers.
The employee is acquainted with the annual company and division goals and is aware of how they can influence these through their performance.

Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo in day-to-day interactions with team.
Is required to understand and follow the Code of Business Conduct, Company policies and laws that govern their activities.
Applies expertise of Quality requirements to help implement Operations unit objectives (eg.
Lead nonconformance and root cause investigations, including CAPA records).
Helps less experienced employees in the implementation of risk mitigations and continuous improvement projects, as well as support for documentation associated with processes and activities for the Operations unit products.
Acts as Lead in supporting management of routine data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure the continuous improvement of the process flow.
Including Ensure compliant documentation and timely completion of quality records.
Initiate, drive, and lead cross-functional Operations unit quality improvements in close collaboration with stakeholders.
Includes support conduct formal escalation processes to ensure visibility of risks associated with safety, product quality and regulatory compliance.
Specialist Operational unit knowledge holder in sophisticated (umbrella) Change Control designs from initiation to completion.
Supports updating of procedures based on new or revised regulatory requirements, internal investigations, and audits.
Qualifications We would love to hear from you, if you have the following essential requirements.
A relevant HBO degree or equivalent experience with 3 years proven experience.
Dutch A2 and English C1 language levels are required.
The levels of computer proficiency are intermediate level for MS office, routine level for data analysis, and specialist level for business applications.
Positive attitude, proactivity, decisive, and organized with an ability to work individually with minimum supervision, and in a team.
Analytical thinking.
ability and dealing with complexity, asking questions, using data, using information and identify gaps and root causes of issues and think out of the box to develop a solution.
Stress-resistant, continues to work calmly under all circumstances.
Is flexible, can deal with changing priorities.
Shown experience with leading global change controls or quality investigations.
