What you’ll do   As a senior software engineer at Vodafone your primary responsibility is to develop and support our front end web applications.
ensuring that they are operational, performant and of the highest quality.
As a technical leader you will have ability to help shape the development approach and provide technical assurance on complex projects     You will support timely delivery of technical solutions with exemplary written, well tested code.
You will advocate and advance modern, agile software development practices and help develop and evangelise great engineering and organisational practices.
You will grow a healthy, collaborative engineering culture in line with the company values.
You will be an active part of the engineering community team and collaborate with other technical leads.
You will be proposing and quantifying the importance of technical debt to senior management.
Who you are  You will have strong JavaScript experience including asynchronous programming, pec closures, types, and ES6.
You will preferably have commercial experience with React and Node.

You will be able to demonstrate some experience with RESTful APIs and JSON.
You will showcase knowledge of responsive web design.
You will preferably have experience with Git or other source control systems.
