Our solutions enhance patient care and facilitate the management of information in hospitals and laboratories around the world.We are looking for a Senior SW Development EngineerJob SummaryThe Senior SW Development Engineer, taking care of all possible application levels (from embedded software to UI), being involved in all stages and all areas of software development, including Test as well as architecture design, code review, and internal tool management.They are responsible for developing and implementing all levels(from front-end to embedded), including design, testing, and systems integration.Key AccountabilitiesPerforms software engineering activities including software requirements, architecture, design, implementation and test independently.Lead software development activities within projects at technical or at project level.Developing SW following company procedures. Able to complete somewhat ambiguous problems and defect fixing with its corresponding test.Works across the-full stack, or focused in back-end or front-end, building scalable solutions that drive positive user experiences and measurable business impactDevelops new software features and infrastructure elements in support of priority business and solution requirements.Ensures application performance, uptime, risk mitigation, scalability, and high code/application qualityUses agile engineering practices and various software development technologies to rapidly develop creative and efficient solutions that enhance the organization’s technology stackCollaborates with other squad members to implement user stories, write tests, and continuously deliver new/improved product functionality.Will design and build software that is simple and scalable. Will write maintainable code.Will be able to Able to review and give feedback for technical and architecture documentation.Will know your project in a low complexity level, enough to cover your work autonomously and the environment where it works with some detail.Will work in a project with low or medium complexityWill able to work autonomoslly, however you know when you have to consult the experts on the issues that appear on the projectsCould act as a Scrum master of the projectExperience:Approximately 5-7 years of related experienceProficient in C++ is a must, Python and scripting is highly desirableUI with MFCs is a plusExperience in Software Medical Devices development that follows ISO 13485 is a plusProficient in Database Queries and Database DesignExperience in developing using “Security by Design” as a patternSkills & Capabilities:The ideal candidate for this position will exhibit the following skills and competencies:Understand the impact of a feature.
