They are looking for a new Tester Manager to create a team of testers with.The position is based in Málaga (Hybrid -- 3 days at the office)Requirements:· Proven experience as a Tester Manager or similar role, leading testing teams.· Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance processes.· Experience with various types of testing: functional, non-functional, regression, automation.· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.· Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.· Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines.· Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.Nice-to-have skills:· Experience in banking or fintech sector.· Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Jenkins, JUnit).· Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.· Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).While technology is at the heart of our clients’ digital transformation, we understand thatpeople are at the heart of business success.When you join CGI, you become a trusted advisor, collaborating with colleagues and clientsto bring forward actionable insights that deliver meaningful and sustainable outcomes.
