SENIOR WEB EXPERIENCE MANAGER

Are you passionate about web experience and eager to shape the digital strategy of a leading company in the automotive sector?We’re looking for a Senior Web Experience Manager to join our team and define and execute our website content strategy, ensuring it aligns with our business objectives. In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional teams, optimize website design and functionality, and stay current with industry trends to enhance user engagement.If you have experience leading web projects, a strong strategic vision, and a passion for creating exceptional digital experiences, we’d love to hear from you. Join us and help define the digital future of the automotive industry!Responsibilities Define the overall website content strategy and vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target audience requirements. Manage and collaborate with stakeholders across HQ teams and markets to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure effective execution of the website content strategy. Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, IT, user experience, and sales, to integrate website content initiatives and align with overall business strategies. Oversee the development and maintenance of the website, including design, functionality, and user experience, in alignment with the content and platform strategy. Lead a team of professionals responsible for different aspects of the website, such as content management, web product owners, and UX/UI design. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the website's content performance and identify areas for improvement as well as maintain optimization. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and enhance the website's content and customer engagement. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, data privacy, and accessibility standards. Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members. Requirements Proven leadership experience with a focus on website content strategy and management. Strong strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute a comprehensive website content strategy aligned with business goals. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams responsible for web content, development, design, and SEO. Deep knowledge of web content best practices, including content creation, optimization, and management. Strong analytical skills to monitor website performance, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
