Right now, we have an exciting job opening for you as Service Business & Field Manager.
You will be part of a Commercial team and report directly to Commercial Director.
Some of the exciting challenges and projects you will be involved in creating new ideas and creative spirit in our team on our journey to a new setup.
What you’ll do As Service Business & Field Manager you will work closely with our Volvo dealers.
Through regular visits to our dealers you will create long-lasting relationships and make sure the targets are fulfilled and together you will focus on creating customer satisfaction.
Your core responsibilities will include.
•    Service business operations Commercial agenda •    Development and Implementation of Parts, Accessories & Service offers Pricing strategy  •    Dealer bonus scheme definition, follow- up and delivery •    Establishing working partnership with Service retailers  •    Improvement identification based on retailers´ inputs during regular Field visits •    Service dealers´ quality KPIs monitoring •    Workshop daily support agenda •    Castrol /Würth products sales performance evaluation •    Customer Experience complaints solution support •    Service Agreements and Extended Warranty strategy / pricing •    Filed support in improvement measures implementation on retailer site •    Marketing, campaign activity management •    Official service web sites content •    1 direct report leadership   You also have experience from.
•    Retailer / Dealer operations and service operations in Automotive •    New business projects implementation management •    Performing standard audits •    Service process •    Network profitability •    Relevant University degree preferably Technical or Economic •    Fluent communication skills in Czech and English   Who are you? We are looking for a hands-on and creative problem solver of complex challenges.
You enjoy working in close collaboration with others and you excel in establishing and nurturing business relationships, and you are influential and persuasive with strong negotiation skills.
You have a pro-active commercial mindset, and you have the ability to remain calm under pressure with an organized nature and strong attention to detail.
You are a “numbers person”.
Analyzing figures and working with numbers is something you can demonstrate through previous work.
Complex business thinking and customer point of view is a natural part of you.
For this role you will need to be prepared to travel within the country to visit the retailers.
