Delivery projects can be.
local service design programs, rollout of operating models and its transition to in-life of customer operations teams and also its rollout into markets and partner markets.
Responsibilities include.
Defining Operational Model and detailed design for Sell, Build and Run processes, reviewing with all the required stakeholders and supporting the testing and go to market activities with the engagement of all stakeholders and transition to the operational teams.
The Service Designer will also work very closely with Product Owners, Developers, Testers with an Agile environment as well as interfacing with Operational stakeholders who are impacted by product feature developments.
With these activities you will have a great impact on our business.
• Manage the end-to-end design & delivery of services solutions to markets (VBI, Local Vodafone OpCos and Partner Markets).
Ensuring products and solutions are fit for purpose and ready for service (supportable).
• Understand the products and business requirements for new product feature development and the impact over the Sell/Build/Run processes.
• Management of service/solution transition to “in-life”, multiple operation teams and market rollout, and ensuring in-life continuous service improvements activities can take place.
• Manage operational stakeholders and agree new processes through workshops, process walkthroughs and sign off sessions.
• Track and manage service design activities (risks, issues, actions).
Raise any issues within the Project Team in a timely manner.
Self- sufficient to resolve most issues, but where appropriate escalate via the project manager With these skills you are a great candidate.
• Strong background in managing product development and transition to in-life projects in the Telecom & Cloud industry in large Enterprise business; IT and Customer Operations experience would be an advantage.
• Experience of process and service design within an Agile environment and a track record of successful delivery.
• Ability to identify areas of inefficiencies in current working models and define & articulate improvements.
• Proven track record of stakeholder engagement and management at all levels of the business.
• Ability to communicate complex messages in a simple way in a multicultural environment both management and working level.
• Agile and Prince 2 or equivalent certification • ITIL framework knowledge • Excellent knowledge and understanding of the Telecommunications & IT industry with strong focus on business services and applications delivery • Multi-national team leadership experience and proven ability to operate within a matrix organisation.
• University degree, with preference on technology (engineering, telecommunications, computer science).
• English level B2 or above.
