SERVICE ENGINEER (M/F/D)

You will make an impact in the following way: You will execute service projects and provide customer feedback to the sales team and the business unitYou will support proof-of-concepts, factory, and site acceptance tests to customers offsite and onsiteDrive to resolution complex technical challenges with customer installations and follow up regularlyHold technology workshops and give trainings for the customers in our Customer Innovation CenterSupport solution consultants in the development of technical solutions to meet customer requirementsExecute service projects and provide customer feedback to the sales team and the business unitWhat you will bring: Education – Engineering graduate in Information Technology or Process AutomationExperience – At least 5 years in customer service for industrial technologies or ITTechnical expertise – Industrial Ethernet and technologies like ICS, IO-Link, and Wireless, ability to diagnose complex network architecture and provide ad-hoc solutionsPersonality – You exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in customer interactions, while also demonstrating analytical prowess within a metric-driven environment, adept at translating complex technical information into understandable language for non-technical individuals, responsive to inquiries, challenges, and capable of independent knowledge acquisitionWillingness to travel – Around 30-40 % of time, most times domestically but some international travel requiredLanguage proficiency – Fluency in English and, preferably, Spanish (written and spoken)Let’s Write the Next 100 Years Together.Join a global community striving to improve connectivity and security.
