Come and join us to create the future together!   What you’ll do Vodafone today serves 6m customers across a range of segment (MNC, Large corporate, public sector, Small Medium Enterprises and SOHO) with a broad range of solutions across connectivity, UC, Cloud, Security and SaaS.
This role will be.
responsible for supporting a compelling portfolio of managed services across these solutions that is highly automated, designed to cost and delights our customers.
responsible for building a common framework and requirements for our run managed services across all portfolios and all markets.

you will act as an advisor and drive common and best practices into the development of our run managed services.
this role will capture requirements from end customers as well as our support teams to define an optimal customer experience as they look to get help or to monitor service health across our portfolios.
this role will play a key role in feeding requirements into the service console, our ITSM implementations and help desk structures   Who you are These will be the main requirements for this role.
Experience in Product Management/Product Marketing with a proven record  Able to manage and understand global customer trends.
Support product manager with the "run" phase of the services  Emphasis on resolving conflicting requirements within OpCos, Global portfolios and operations Driving product strategy in line with global business and commercial priorities (e.
.
revenue growth and new customer acquisition).
Focus on automation, SLAs and design to cost principles Working with Global Product Managers within the team to ensure alignment of roadmaps to market requirements and global service framework and blueprints.
Identifying/working with product partners and determining how they will support the creation of new products.
Define product cost & pricing strategy, establishing suitable product differentiation, value-add & execution strategies to underpin product’s success.
Manage all in-life and end-of-life requirements to optimise global product performance, capability and commercials, initiating resolving actions where necessary.
