Job Purpose:
Effectively lead and manage the installation site functions. Manage a practical and cost-effective Installation service for the business.
Main Tasks:
Business Management
Take responsibility for the Installation and commissioning function, including subcontractors. Promote best practices in design, innovation, and standards.
Ensure robust Health and Safety Management is in place.
Control site activities, managing supervisory teams and local service providers.
Deliver business goals, minimize risks, maximize opportunities, and influence the progression and growth of the organization.
Department Management
Manage the Installation and commissioning function on-site to ensure best practices are established and costs are controlled.
Build collaborative relationships across the site.
Responsible for the professional management of team members.
Financial Accountability
Effective resource management.
Provide a cost-effective service, controlling expenditure and project overheads.
Ensure a value management strategy is in place for each project.
Leadership
Communicate effectively at all levels internally and externally.
Lead the Installation team, promoting a strong team spirit.
Regulations
Understand current/future regulations relevant to installations.
Support other functions for regulation-related topics.
Innovation and Knowledge Management
Drive innovation in products and services, leveraging solutions from other SBU and developing new ones for the Spain market.
Promote best practice behavior within the team, including recognition and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:

Work Experience:
Strong technical, engineering, and regulatory experience in the security industry.
Extensive experience in leading installation projects and teams.
Education:
Engineering degree or trade qualification with Data Centre experience essential.
IOSH qualification is desirable.
