Job Title : Social Media & Community Manager - EuropeLocation : Madrid / Milan Report to: Chief Marketing OfficerExhibition Hub specializes in creating and managing large-scale, immersive exhibitions around the world, with a strong focus on interactive, engaging art experiences that bring cultures, histories, and stories to life for global audiences. Our commitment is to make art and culture accessible to all, bringing memorable, impactful experiences to our audiences.Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Social Media & Content Manager to elevate Exhibition Hub’s presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and potentially TikTok and Facebook across multiple accounts. This role involves managing the social media accounts for each of Exhibition Hub’s permanent and semi-permanent locations in Europe, promoting new partnerships, exhibitions, and events. It also includes managing the content on the websites of the company and its art centers. If you’re passionate about art, storytelling, and building dynamic online communities across diverse locations, we’d love to hear from you!Roles and responsibilities also include:Develop and implement a social media strategy to grow and engage Exhibition Hub’s European follower base across multiple accounts on Instagram, TikTok, and potentially Facebook.Develop and implement B2B content creation through LinkedinManage multiple social media accounts for various Exhibition Hub locations, ensuring consistency in brand voice and localized engagement with each community.Update content from Exhibition Hub and each of the Art Centers websites with partnerships, new products launched, etc.Create, schedule, and publish high-quality, visually engaging posts that reflect our brand and highlight new partnerships, exhibitions, and events across all accounts.Monitor trends in social media, with particular attention to emerging platforms like TikTok, and stay updated on best practices to continually improve content effectiveness and engagement.Respond to comments and messages on each account, fostering active communities and providing followers with timely information.Use analytics to measure performance across accounts, report on growth, and optimize content strategies for each location.Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align social media efforts with Exhibition Hub’s broader campaigns and goals.Collaborate with the local teams to align on localized content and partnerships.Qualifications:Proven experience in social media management, with a track record of growing followers and engagement across multiple accounts.Strong understanding of content strategies for LinkedIn and Instagram, and familiarity with TikTok and Facebook as potential channels.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional knowledge in French, Spanish or Italian is a plus.Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to manage and analyze data from multiple accounts.Creative eye for visually appealing content that aligns with Exhibition Hub’s brand and storytelling approach.Only selected candidates will be contacted.
