Every summer, we host residencies from some of the most renowned artists and brands in the world, including Black Coffee, Calvin Harris, David Guetta, Tale Of Us present Afterlife, Tomorrowland, The Martinez Brothers and many more. Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and passionate Social Media Manager to join our marketing team to execute a first-class social media strategy. The ideal candidate should be experienced and will have a genuine enthusiasm for nightlife, events, clubbing, dance music, and brands. The successful candidate should possess outstanding communication skills, solid attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Key Responsibilities  As a Social Media Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:  Social Media Strategy & Execution  Develop and implement top-tier social media strategies aligned with the brand's goals.  Create and maintain a comprehensive content calendar to ensure consistent online presence.  Content Creation & Management Produce engaging, original, and visually appealing content, including graphics, photos, videos, and text posts.  Utilise graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, and VivaVideo) for content production.  Collaborate on creative campaign ideas and ensure all content aligns with the brand’s identity and values.  Platform Management  Oversee the brand's presence across social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter.  Schedule, publish, and monitor posts to engage audiences and maintain a dynamic online presence.  Stay updated on the latest social media trends, technologies, and platform updates.  Event Promotion  Effectively promote events, DJ performances, residencies, and other club-related activities via social media campaigns.  Collaborate with influencers, partners, and media to expand the brand’s reach.  Analytics & Optimisation  Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Creator Studio, HootSuite) to monitor performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs).  Produce metric-driven reports and refine strategies based on data insights.  Collaboration  Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, and event coordinators to ensure cohesive promotional efforts.  Partner with influencers and external collaborators to cross-promote and strengthen the brand’s presence.  Community Management  Engage with the online community, responding to inquiries and fostering a positive brand image.  Handle online crises with professionalism and composure.  Requirements  Experience & Skills  Minimum 2 years of experience in **Social Media Management** and **Content Creation**, preferably within the music or nightlife industry.  Strong passion for nightlife, clubbing, and understanding the target audience.  Proficiency in social media publishing, management, and analytics platforms like HootSuite, Creator Studio, and Google Analytics.  Advanced skills in graphic design and video editing software, including Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and mobile apps like CapCut and Mojo.  Proven ability to create compelling, on-brand content and innovative campaigns.  Knowledge of social media trends, best practices, and growth strategies.  Language & Communication  Fluency in written and spoken English is required; proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.  Soft Skills  Strong organisational skills to manage content calendars, campaign schedules, and responses efficiently.  Creative thinker with a proactive approach to introducing new ideas and formats.  Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, meeting tight deadlines.  Willingness to adapt to the ever-evolving social media landscape.  Additional Requirement  Candidates must submit a portfolio showcasing previous campaigns, content, or projects.  Full-time role based in Ibiza; candidates must be open to relocating.  Proof of English proficiency (CAE C1/IELTS 7-8 or equivalent) is required.
