We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development with basic coding knowledge and be well-versed in Agile and Kanban methodologies. This role requires excellent communication skills especially in a customer-oriented context and fluency in English. Proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish French or German will be considered a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities

- Project Planning and Management

- Lead the planning and implementation of projects.


Define project scope goals and deliverables.

- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.


- Team Coordination

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

- Ensure resource availability and allocation.


- Agile Methodology Implementation

- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.

- Utilize Agile and Kanban methodologies to ensure project efficiency and effectiveness.

- Conduct regular team meetings sprint planning and reviews.


- Technical Oversight

- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.

- Understand and communicate complex technical requirements and solutions.

- Ensure that the team s technical output meets high standards of quality and aligns with client expectations.


- Customer Communication

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.

- Provide regular updates to clients on project status addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.


Qualifications

- Proven working experience in project management in the information technology sector.

- Basic coding knowledge (understanding of programming languages such as Java Python or similar).

- Solid understanding of Agile and Kanban methodologies.

- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Proficiency in Spanish French or German is highly desirable.

- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

- PMP/PRINCE II certification is a plus.
