SOFTWARE SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Job Title: Software Support SpecialistLocation: Palma de Mallorca, Spain (Onsite)We are working with a leading software provider in the creative media sector to find a Software Support Specialist who will play a crucial role in assisting users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of software solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about technology and customer support, looking to grow their career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Customer Support: Act as the first point of contact for customer queries, providing professional and empathetic assistance.Ticket Management: Use CRM tools (e.g., Freshdesk, HubSpot, Jira) to log, track, and manage support cases efficiently.Software Troubleshooting: Diagnose, replicate, and resolve software bugs and technical issues, escalating when necessary.Quality Assurance: Perform systematic testing of new features and bug fixes, maintaining detailed documentation of results.User Support & Training: Assist in product demonstrations, onboarding, and training sessions to improve user experience.Documentation: Contribute to user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles to enhance self-service support options.Qualifications:Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.Hands-on experience in software support, testing, or quality assurance.Ability to learn new software tools and technologies quickly.Experience with ticketing and CRM systems (e.g., Freshdesk, HubSpot, Jira, Trello, Asana).Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits and industry events.Preferred Experience:IT administration or experience as a Product Owner/Manager.Knowledge of SaaS solutions and client/server environments.Familiarity with the media industry and related workflows.Additional language skills are a plus.Benefits:Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.25 days of annual leave.Flexible working hours with a hybrid work environment.Access to company-paid lunch, wellness activities, and optional club amenities.Opportunities for international travel to meet clients and attend industry events.Collaborative and supportive international team environment.To learn more about this opportunity, please reach out with a copy of your CV/Resume at adam.haycox@venatorbroadcast.com to arrange an initial conversation.
