Solution ArchitectThis role will be a hybrid role of 2 onsite in Madrid and the rest home office. What You Will Do:Define and manage long-term digital roadmaps, aligning business objectives with IT capabilities through our shared applications.Apply Reference Architecture principles to document and guide Business and IT Roadmaps.Ensure architecture alignment with business priorities, translating strategic needs into actionable architectural requirements.Support the delivery and quality assurance of architecture artifacts within the Reference Architecture framework.Develop and maintain both current and target state architectures, guiding business units toward digital maturity.Lead quality checks and updates in the architecture repository to reflect accurate and complete information.Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure IT solutions enhance business processes and performance.What You Bring & Who You Are:University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.At least 5 years in Solution Architecture or a similar role, with a proven track record of leading digital transformation efforts.Deep understanding of enterprise-wide business processes, strategy, and governance.Proficiency in applying architectural principles to business solutions.Exceptional communication skills, adept at engaging with all organizational levels.Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.Fluent in English; German and/or Spanish proficiency is a plus.
