In this high-impact role, you will design scalable, best-in-class solutions to enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and user experience. You will also play a key role in establishing ServiceNow as the backbone of the company’s Service Now practice.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Develop and maintain the architecture practice for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with the organization’s business objectives.Solution Design: Lead the design and implementation of innovative ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM,SecOps, and other modules.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, developers, functional teams, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Platform Optimization: Continuously assess and improve the performance, scalability, and security of the ServiceNow platform.Governance & Standards: Establish and enforce architecture standards, best practices, and governance processes for ServiceNow implementations and usage.Mentorship: Guide and mentor internal technical teams on ServiceNow best practices and solution delivery.Emerging Technologies: Stay ahead of trends in ServiceNow technologies, recommending enhancements to ensure the platform evolves with industry best practices.Required QualificationsServiceNow Certified Master Architect certification.10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years of experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions in complex environments.Deep expertise in ServiceNow modules, including ITSM,SPM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and SecOps.Proven track record in leading ServiceNow transformations at scale in the financial services sector or similarly regulated industries.Strong understanding of enterprise IT architectures, integrations, and security protocols.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to non-technical audiences.Experience with Agile/DevOps methodologies.Location: Madrid At Capgemini Invent we create the leaders of tomorrow, are you ready to take this next step with us?
