Job Title: Solutions Manager - BESSLocation: Madrid, SpainWho are we recruiting for?We are seeking a motivated and highly qualified Solutions Manager on behalf of our client, an award-winning leader in the renewable energy sector. This is a unique opportunity for a determined and creative professional to join a vibrant team focused on delivering innovative solutions in photovoltaic and energy storage systems.What will you be doing?As a Solutions Manager/ Engineer, you will be:Leading pre-sales technical support, ensuring seamless bidding support and application design for photovoltaic/energy storage systems.Compiling technical proposals tailored to various product types, ensuring successful system integration.Engaging in technical marketing activities, driving strong and assured conversations with customers and local technical partners.Collecting and analyzing user requirements, industry trends, and technology evolution to design innovative technical solutions.Delivering on-site services, including customer training, system commissioning, and pre-start work, ensuring successful project outcomes.Are you the ideal candidate?You are the ideal candidate if you possess:A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Technology, Power Systems, Automation, or a related field.Over 3 years of industry experience, with at least 1 year in a pre-sales technical role within Photovoltaic Systems, Electric Systems, or Power Electronics.Strong knowledge of photovoltaic and energy storage systems, including design capability and familiarity with product solution processes.Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills in English.Preferred experience in automation, SCADA programming, power systems design, energy storage, and variable frequency drives.Familiarity with relevant simulation software such as PVsyst, Matlab, Digsilent, or PSS/E.What’s in it for you?Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement in a dynamic industry.Comprehensive benefits package including pension, healthcare, and childcare vouchers.A strong, supportive company culture focused on sustainability and innovation.The chance to work on groundbreaking projects that contribute to a more sustainable world.Who are we?Executive Integrity is a global executive search and recruitment consultancy for a more sustainable world with a focus on talent within the Maritime and Renewable Energy sectors.
