Your contribution.
You are responsible for the timely rectification of defects in compliance with the existing SLAs Control the defect ticket processing  Evaluate existing defects according to the defect catalog Obtain and check service provider offers and delivery notes  Act as an interface to the main contact persons   Maintain the interface in the direction of deployment and PLs for special projects  Identify process gaps and optimization potential by involving responsible stakeholders    What makes you stand out.
At least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in the telecommunications industry, steel or electrical trade Completed vocational training or a comparable qualification, as well as experience in the work of infrastructure companies Good knowledge of defect ticket processing for passive infrastructures Adept at dealing with internal and external stakeholders (e.
.
local partners/suppliers) Broad knowledge in telecommunication technologies and deployment projects Good analytical and decision-making skills Fluent German (C1) and (very) good written and spoken English skills (B2)    You can choose one of these locations.
