STOCK CONTROLLER - PART TIME (M/W)

Reserve and stock management.
-Anticipate and plan deliveries in collaboration with the line manager, -Receiving, unpacking, sorting, checking, labeling, beeping and putting away merchandise, -Management of all incoming and outgoing flows in the dedicated IT application, -Organization and maintenance of stockroom tidiness (clean and tidy) in compliance with safety standards, Carrying out weekly rolling inventories and half-yearly tax inventories, -Propose and follow up action plans to reduce shrinkage.
-Manage the sales area, -Preparation of restocking in conjunction with the sales teams, -In collaboration with the sales teams, you will make proposals to optimize stocks and ensure optimal organization of the sales outlet.

• Embody Kenzo Paris DNA to become a brand ambassador (knowledge of the House’s heritage and mastery of its current positioning) • Ensure that the standards of the Point of Sales uphold brand image (VM, cleaning, maintenance, etc.) • Develop a deep fashion culture and awareness (products, fashion trends and competitors) Know-how-to-be.
• Respect uniform and grooming guidelines at any times • Able to adapt one’s communication to each client profile • Demonstrate a perfect know how-to-be and a positive mindset in any circumstances (politeness, body language, vocabulary, etc.).
