Our Strategy Consultants manage end-to-end projects for different industries (retail, travel, financial services…) from a perspective which is far from traditional consulting.In your day to day you will: You will help develop end-to-end digital transformation projects.You will identify problems and formulate hypotheses leveraging resources and know-how from The Cocktail, and you will articulate the conclusions in executive documents.You will participate in dynamics and workshops to involve clients in The Cocktail's creative and solution process.You will immerse yourself in the day-to-day activities of our clients to better understand aspects of their culture, organization, and processes, in order to draw valuable conclusions.You will work in multidisciplinary teams, collaborating closely with members of our UX, UI, Brand, Data, Technology teams, etc., for the implementation of new products and services.You will identify client needs that may lead to new business proposals.The ideal candidate:2-3 years of relevant experience in a Strategy & Operations Consulting firmsGood presentation and Excel skills are requiredWilling to navigate start-up fast-paced environmentsAutonomous, energetic and proactivity when facing new disruptive challenges; clear focus on getting things doneAppetite for digital ecosystemsFluency in English - Level C1/C2Working at The Cocktail:Flexibility and confidence.
