Axon combines the flexibility and speed of a specialist firm with the excellence in business advice and execution in all the sectors impacted by technology and innovation.Axon became a listed company in the BME Growth in 2022.Following the expansion of our activities, Axon’s Consulting team is looking to appoint several Strategy Consultants for our Madrid office.The Consulting division of Axon Partners Group offers first class specialist management & strategy consulting services in the ICT (Information and Communications Technology) sector to a wide range of clients, including telecommunications operators, technology companies, regulatory authorities and government bodies.Our 3 main business practices are: Strategy, Business and Network Modelling, Policy and Regulation.The value added by Axon:· Consultants can be assigned to any type of project within the Consulting division, working with different clients in different geographies (+90% International Projects).· Project length is relatively short so you can work in many projects during the year.· There is a lot of travelling involved, but no short/long term relocation.Your activities· Delivering and managing a diverse range of advisory projects in the technology sector worldwide.· Identifying and resolving key issues in complex client projects, as well as formulating conclusions and recommendations.· Communicating the outcomes of the project to both internal and external clients through written, graphical and oral presentations.· Developing strong working relations with team members and clients, being part of an international and multicultural team.· Supporting the senior members of the team in sales and business development activities.Your skills and education:· Engineering/Mathematics/Statistics/ Economics/Business graduate, ideally with postgraduate education. Studies completed with superior grades, GPA above 3.0.· Recent graduate or up to 3 years professional experience in management or strategy consulting, ideally within the ICT sector.· Numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.· Good communication skills (oral and writing).· Teamwork, flexibility and willingness to travel internationally (no relocation involved).· Proficient in English.· If you speak other languages i.e. Spanish, Arabic (Gulf Arabic, used in Middle East), that would be considered an advantage.If your profile meets the application criteria, we will contact you in the following days.This is a unique opportunity to be part of an international and very talented team.
