You will find challenging projects, excellent professionals, and the chance to grow professionally and gain international experience.Aernnova strengthening its team of Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer!WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU Ensure that the products and services provided by suppliers are in sustainable compliance with Aernnova's requirements.Participate in the concurrent engineering with the supplier during the industrialization project, carrying out continuous and close monitoring of the maturity and degree of progress of the deliverables required of the supplier in each phase, correcting deviations and proceeding to validate them and the transition to serial production of the project. (Management of non-conformities incurred by supplier: Analysis of 8D, tracking of terminated actions, evaluation of the efficacy of processes)Plan and validate the steps of the phases required in the projects to be industrialized according to the APQP model (Analysis of APQP: AMFE, Control Plan, MSA… in the industrialization of new Programs) and therefore with the activities indicated in each of the phases to meet the industrial objectives of Manufacturability, Quality, Cost and deadline.Identify risks in time and with preventive management, defining, analyzing, escalating these problems, proposing action plans and ensuring the implementation of the actions derived from them (Defining, tracking, and planning actions of Quality KPI’s for suppliers).Auditing processes, validating plan of actions, and tracking the termination of actions.REQUIREMENTSBachelor´s Degree in Engineering.More than 2 years of work experience in the functions detailed.Knowledge: APQP, AMFE´s, Control Plan, 8D´s, Management of non-conformities.Software Skills: Office 365, especifically Excel.Fluency in EnglishAvailability to travelExcellent comunication skills and the ability to work with multiple teams.WHAT WE OFFERWe offer you the benefits of a large company; Aernnova is the first Tier 1 in Spain and 10th worldwide.Opportunities for learning and development.Working in an advance technology and high knowledge aeronautical company.Good work environment.
