Interaktion mit Kunden per Telefon, E-Mail und Web, Bereitstellung von technischem Support und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten.
Identifizierung, Bewertung und Priorisierung von Kundenproblemen und Beschwerden.
Analyse von Kundenproblemen und Erarbeitung von Lösungsplänen.
Unterstützung bei der Identifizierung von Lücken in der Problemlösung am Helpdesk und Erstellung von entsprechenden Wissensdatenbank-Einträgen.
Bewertung neuer Dienste, Prozesse und Technologien, die am Helpdesk eingeführt werden.
Teilnahme an abteilungsinternen Schulungsaktivitäten, einschließlich Schulungsprogrammen zur Unterstützung neuer Technologien, Verfahren und Verbesserungen im Kundenservice.
Zusammenarbeit mit dem Abteilungspersonal, um starke Kundenservice-Werte zu fördern, zu entwickeln und aufrechtzuerhalten.
Eskalation ungelöster Probleme an Support-Leads oder die zuständige (Kunden-)Servicegruppe.
