We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join a leading banking company's team in the banking industry as a Swedish-Speaking Customer Service Representative for their Nordic region based in Lisbon. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to their valued clients.Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with account-related matters, transactions, and general inquiries
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services
Resolve customer concerns and problems effectively and efficiently
Ensure customer satisfaction by going the extra mile to meet their needs
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or a similar field is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Fluent in English and Swedish
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
