Are you seeking an opportunity for an international career in customer service within an exciting, multicultural environment in sunny Greece? Do you possess strong communication skills in both Swedish and English?Come to Greece, work in Swedish, and become part of our Swedish team! In the role of a customer service specialist, your daily tasks will include:
Providing top-quality support to our customers by phone and email on various topics in Swedish and English.
Being the customer's point of contact and ensuring they receive the correct information.
Building meaningful relationships and answering customer questions in a polite, friendly, and professional manner.
Following management instructions and providing feedback.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Advanced level of Swedish (at least C1) both orally and in writing.
Intermediate level of English (at least B2) both orally and in writing.
Strong communication skills, including good phone protocol, listening skills, and written competence.
Willingness to learn and develop, be curious, and a skilled problem solver.
A desire to live and work in Greece.
