TÉCNICO/A HELP DESK L2
Descripción de la oferta de empleo
Desde el grupo Adecco buscamos un help desk L2 para trabajar en una empresa en la zona de Mercamadrid.
Funciones.
- Gestión de Incidencias.
- Realización mantenimiento preventivo diferentes equipos (impresoras, cctv, UPS, etc).
- Gestión de usuarios AD, Exchange On Line, etc.
- Revisión, administración y configuración de antivirus y copias de seguridad.
- Instalación y configuración de sistemas operativos Windows, impresoras, dispositivos móviles (smartphone, tablets) y otros periféricos.
- Soporte telefónico al usuario, resolución de incidencias en remoto.
- Elaboración de manuales de formación.
En Adecco creemos en la igualdad de oportunidades y apostamos por el Talento Sin Etiquetas Requisitos Requisitos mínimos -Grado en Informática o Ingeniería en Sistemas - Al menos 2 años de experiencia en puesto - Nivel inglés B1 - Conocimientos en sistemas Wintel.
- Herramientas de copia de seguridad (veeam backup) - Conocimientos en Citrix Xenapp y MS RDS, aconsejable.
- Otros conocimientos.
Sistemas Operativos Windows desktop y Server.
- Se valorará conocimientos deTerminal Server / Citrix.
- Disponibilidad inmediata.
- Posibilidad de realizar guardias (retribuidas).
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
- Vehículo propio.
