TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST INTERN

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist Intern to join our HR team. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, with a focus on technology and high-level operations roles, while also contributing to employer branding strategies to enhance our visibility and attract the best professionals.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and align recruitment strategies.Source and engage top candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.Drive employer branding initiatives, creating and promoting content on LinkedIn.Support high-volume hiring as the company scales.Ensure recruitment aligns with our company culture and values.Use tools like Canva, PowerPoint, and Excel for recruitment materials and reporting.What We’re Looking For:Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Humanities, or a related field.Ability to sign an internship agreement (convenio de prácticas) with a university or business school.Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Fluent in English; Spanish or other languages are a plus.Interest in tech and familiarity with recruitment tools is a plus.What We OfferTruly international team – Work alongside talented professionals from 15+ nationalities.
