What you will do.

- Define measurements and control methods to track strategy implementation using OKRs and other techniques.
- Assist in the communication of SME strategy by developing effective communication approaches and assets.
- Define the deployment plan for people solutions, drive and monitor implementation while managing any deviations.
- Initiate corrective actions and improvements when necessary.
